Comienza la carrera. La Academia de Artes y Ciencias Cinematográficas ya dio a conocer quiénes disputarán una estatuilla el próximo 26 de febrero. Como era de esperarse, La La Land encabeza la lista con un total de 14 nominaciones. Le siguen Arrival y Moonlight con ocho cada una de ellas. Sin embargo, también como se suele esperar, hay algunos grandes olvidados. Algunos ejemplos: Tom Hanks, que tuvo un excelente desempeño en Sully, Taraji P. Henson que volvió a confirmar su talento en Hidden Figures, o Amy Adams, que además participó en dos grandes filmes este año: conmovió a todos con su actuación en Arrival y demostró su categoría en Nocturnal Animals. También quedo afuera un realizador de la categoría de Martin Scorsese, quien para muchos hizo unos de sus mejores trabajos en Silence. Pero, de momento, concéntremonos en los que sí entraron en competición. Estos son los nominados a los Oscar 2017.
